Christelle Giraud

Sustainability consultant, Associate director

Environmental Advisor, Christelle is responsible for eqlosion’s operational management and leads the activities dedicated to the public sector. She supports municipalities and institutions in defining and implementing sustainability strategies, climate policies and territorial transition projects. 

​Passionate about public affairs, Christelle has also been a Municipal Councillor for the City of Gland since 2021. She draws on her dual experience as a consultant and elected representative to provide pragmatic support, firmly rooted in the realities and needs of the field.​

Sébastien Humbert

Sustainability consultant, Associate director

An environmental engineer, Sébastien began his career co-founding Quantis, a company specialising in life cycle assessment and carbon footprinting, where he worked for 17 years. Passionate about consulting and fully aligned with the mindset and mission of eqlosion’s activities, Sébastien took over the co-management of the company in 2024.

Alongside his professional activities, Sébastien is involved in politics as a member of the cantonal parliament and of the CENEN, and previously served as a municipal councillor in his municipality.

Annette Koehler 

Commercial Director

With over 25 years of experience, Annette helps organizations translate sustainability challenges into pragmatic, tangible business outcomes. Her focus centers on driving measurable impact, fostering innovation, and reducing business risk. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across consulting, industry, and sustainability data businesses, including positions at thinkstep/Sphera and ERM, as well as serving as Group Sustainability Officer at Bühler Group. Additionally, Annette is an Ambassador for Climate Week Zurich, where she actively promotes cross-sector collaboration and climate leadership.

As Commercial Director at eqlosion, she drives the company’s commercial strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Jonathan Ouziel

Sustainability consultant

Environmental engineer Jonathan has over 14 years of experience integrating sustainable development within organizations. He worked for 6 years as an ecodesign engineer at ArianeGroup and 7 years at Quantis, where he supported companies in their environmental transition efforts. He has recognized expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA), carbon footprinting, and climate strategy.

At eqlosion, Jonathan helps companies identify relevant solutions and implement their sustainability ambitions.

Clara Michelot 

Sustainability consultant, Business developer

A graduate environmental engineer from ENGEES, Clara has carried out Bilan Carbone® assessments and life cycle assessments, and has supported organisations in implementing environmental action plans. She gained initial experience in setting up a consultancy firm, where she managed client projects and contributed to business development.

At eqlosion, Clara leads sustainability engagements for private and public sector clients. She also manages marketing and communications.

Natacha Schuler

Sustainability consultant

After studying business economics, Natacha completed a Master’s degree in innovation and business development (Innokick). She supports public authorities in implementing their climate plans and concrete actions. Organised, attentive and solution-oriented, she is proficient in communication tools, facilitates participatory processes, carries out diagnostics and showcases sustainable projects.

Lucía Carrillo Tiburcio 

Sustainability consultant

With a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Innovation and Sustainability from the University of Geneva, Lucía combines a rigorous scientific lens with specialized expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Her career of over six years spans research, the public sector, SMEs, and a multinational corporation. This versatility combined with her natural curiosity enables her to quickly grasp the unique operational realities of any organization.

Iléane Lefevre

Sustainability consultant

After studying Materials Science at EPFL, Iléane decided to steer her studies toward sustainability. During her Master's, she studied life cycle assessment and the reduction of materials' environmental impacts. After a first experience in sustainability consulting, she decided to make it her career. She has also been involved in several associations contributing to social and environmental sustainability.

Sophie Reusse

Sustainability consultant

Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne and has over 20 years of experience in complex private and autonomous public environments, where she led business strategies. Wanting to align her skills with environmental challenges, she completed her training with a federal certificate as an environmental advisor. Committed, pragmatic, and collaborative, she now supports public authorities in developing and implementing climate strategies, engaging stakeholders around concrete solutions tailored to local challenges.

Cécile Guignard

Sustainability expert and consultant 

Cécile is an expert in life cycle assessment, carbon footprinting, and climate strategy. She worked for 17 years at Quantis, where she supported the environmental initiatives of companies and public services across various sectors. She also contributed to databases in the life cycle assessment field and to the development of impact standards and methods.

At eqlosion, Cécile supports companies. She provides expert support and quality control to ensure the reliability of deliverables.

Amanda Melis

Sustainability consultant

With more than 18 years of experience leading environmental projects, Amanda is convinced that successful transitions are, above all, driven by people. She enjoys building bridges between stakeholders, fostering collective solutions and turning environmental challenges into concrete projects. A certified environmental advisor with a Swiss Federal Diploma, she brings her expertise in project management, communication and facilitation to participatory initiatives. Curious, organised and attentive, she particularly enjoys working in complex contexts that require bringing together different perspectives, building consensus and supporting change.

At eqlosion, Amanda supports local authorities and public-sector organisations.​

Vincent Rossi 

Sustainability expert and consultant

Vincent is an expert in carbon footprint assessments and life cycle assessment. He has over 20 years’ experience as a sustainability analyst and consultant, developing a critical mindset and an ability to think outside the box in order to understand complex issues in depth. He has recognised expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) carbon footprinting, critical reviews and the development of scientific methodologies. Alongside his environmental expertise, he also has extensive experience in public policy.

At eqlosion, Vincent supports companies. He contributes to methodological development and provides critical review to ensure the relevance of the solutions proposed in deliverables.

Thibault Tribolet

Sustainability consultant

Thibault is an expert in climate strategies, carbon footprint assessments and life cycle assessment. He developed his skills by advising SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland and public authorities at Quantis. Now at eqlosion, he applies his expertise to decarbonisation projects. In parallel, he is involved in cantonal climate policy and co-founded the association René.e (Responsible Events Network Switzerland), which supports Swiss events in adopting a sustainable approach with concrete and ambitious objectives.

At eqlosion, Thibault supports businesses and public authorities, and puts his expertise at the service of the team.
