Christelle Giraud

Sustainability consultant, Associate director

Conseillère en environnement, Christelle assure la direction opérationnelle d'eqlosion et pilote les activités dédiées au secteur public. Elle accompagne les communes et institutions dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de durabilité, de politiques climatiques et de projets de transition territoriale.

Passionnée par la chose publiques, Christelle est également Municipale de la Ville de Gland depuis 2021, elle met à profit sa double expérience de consultante et d'élue pour proposer un accompagnement pragmatique, ancré dans les réalités et les besoins du terrain.

Sébastien Humbert

Sustainability consultant, Associate director

An environmental engineer, Sébastien began his career at EPFL, where he co-founded Quantis, a company specialising in life cycle assessment and carbon footprinting, where he worked for 17 years. Passionate about consulting and fully aligned with the mindset and mission of eqlosion’s activities, Sébastien took over the co-management of the company in 2024.

En marge de ses activités professionnelles, Sébastien est impliqué en politique en tant que Député, membre de la CENEN et a été municipal dans sa commune.

Clara Michelot 

Sustainability consultant, Business developer

Ingénieure en environnement diplômée de l'ENGEES, Clara a réalisé des Bilans Carbone®, des analyses de cycle de vie et a accompagné des structures dans la mise en place de plans d'action environnementaux. Elle a eu une première expérience en création de bureau de conseil, où elle a assuré la gestion de projets clients ainsi que le développement de l'activité.  

Chez eqlosion, Clara pilote des missions en durabilité, du marketing et de la communication. 

Lucía Carrillo Tiburcio 

Sustainability consultant

A chemical engineer with a Master’s degree in Innovation and Sustainability from the University of Geneva, Lucia has specialised in life cycle assessment (LCA). She has professional experience in project management across various industrial sectors, working with both SMEs and multinationals. Passionate about the quantification and strategic reduction of environmental impacts, Lucia is also interested in the circular economy and public policies for environmental protection. 

At eqlosion, Lucia works primarily with businesses.

Iléane Lefevre

Sustainability consultant

After studying Materials Science at EPFL, Iléane decided to focus her academic path on sustainability, particularly during her Master’s degree, where she studied life cycle assessment and the reduction of material impacts. She has also been involved in several associations contributing to social and environmental sustainability. Drawing on her initial experience in sustainability consulting for companies, she decided to make it her profession whit eqlosion.

At eqlosion, Iléane works primarily with businesses.

Sophie Reusse

Sustainability consultant

With 20 years’ experience in project management, sales and marketing management, Sophie redirected her career to align with her values. A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne in international management and holder of a Swiss federal diploma as an environmental advisor, she now supports public and private stakeholders in their ecological transition processes. Committed, pragmatic and collaborative, she focuses on concrete, high-impact solutions developed together with stakeholders.

At eqlosion, Sophie works primarily with public authorities.

Thibault Tribolet

Sustainability consultant

Thibault is an expert in climate strategies, carbon footprint assessments and life cycle assessment. He developed his skills by advising SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland and public authorities at Quantis. Now at eqlosion, he applies his expertise to decarbonisation projects. In parallel, he is involved in cantonal climate policy and co-founded the association René.e (Responsible Events Network Switzerland), which supports Swiss events in adopting a sustainable approach with concrete and ambitious objectives.

Vincent Rossi 

Sustainability expert and consultant

Vincent is an expert in carbon footprint assessments and life cycle assessment. He has over 20 years’ experience as a sustainability analyst and consultant, developing a critical mindset and an ability to think outside the box in order to understand complex issues in depth. He has recognised expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) carbon footprinting, critical reviews and the development of scientific methodologies. Alongside his environmental expertise, he also has extensive experience in public policy.

At eqlosion, Vincent works primarily with businesses.

Cécile Guignard

Sustainability expert and consultant 

Cécile is an expert in life cycle assessment, carbon footprint calculation and climate strategies. She worked at Quantis for 17 years, where she supported the environmental initiatives of companies and public services across a wide range of sectors. She also contributed to the development of life cycle assessment databases, as well as to the creation of standards and impact assessment methodologies. Sharing eqlosion’s mission and values, Cécile joined the team in 2025.

Natacha Schuler

Sustainability consultant

After studying business economics, Natacha completed a Master’s degree in innovation and business development (Innokick). She supports public authorities in implementing their climate plans and concrete actions. Organised, attentive and solution-oriented, she is proficient in communication tools, facilitates participatory processes, carries out diagnostics and showcases sustainable projects.

At eqlosion, she works primarily with public authorities.

Jonathan Ouziel

Sustainability consultant

An environmental engineer, Jonathan has over 14 years’ experience integrating sustainable development within organisations. After nearly six years as an eco-design engineer at ArianeGroup, he joined the consultancy firm Quantis, where he supported companies in their environmental transition processes for more than seven years. He has recognised expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) carbon footprinting and climate strategy. Driven by values that strongly resonate with eqlosion’s mission, he joined the team in spring 2026.
