Stakeholder engagement, awareness-raising and change management

The success of sustainability and climate action strategies depends on the buy-in and involvement of stakeholders. The transition requires changes in practices, ways of working and behaviours, both within public institutions and among the relevant stakeholders.

We support local authorities, cantons, public institutions and other public-interest bodies in designing and facilitating participatory approaches that encourage dialogue, consultation and stakeholder engagement. Depending on the context, we work with administrative departments, authorities, employees, companies, associations, users and the wider public.

We also design awareness-raising, training and change management initiatives to strengthen knowledge, develop skills and support ownership of sustainability approaches.

Our objective is to create the conditions needed to engage stakeholders and ensure the lasting implementation of the transformations undertaken.
