Development of strategies and action plans
Following an environmental assessment (carbon footprint or life cycle assessment)or CSR diagnostic, defining a sustainability strategy is a key step. We therefore support business leaders, sustainability managers and CSR managers in developing this tool :
- Building a medium-term vision
- Defining objectives
- Developing the action plan (decarbonisation plans and other relevant initiatives)
With our support, you will benefit in particular from a concrete action plan, designed specifically to meet your needs. We can also support its implementation.

FAQ
The type of support you choose depends on the internal resources available to implement the action plan :
- Strategy and monitoring (partial support) : Our project managers monitor the roll-out of the action plan and identify the next steps. We remain available to provide advice and connect you with our network of partners. You are responsible for implementing the action plan, while we ensure that it is updated where necessary and that its effectiveness is assessed using the KPIs defined.
- Strategy and implementation (full support) : In addition to tracking and monitoring, we roll out and implement the action plan. Depending on your needs, we can also coordinate projects in line with your sustainability strategy. More specifically, we can :
- Integrate sustainability procedures within the company.
- Support and advise the company.
- Communicate with and raise awareness among stakeholders.
- Draft an annual management report linked to the sustainability strategy.
A sustainability audit, such as a carbon footprint or LCA (life cycle assessment) provides an overview of the actions your company is already taking on sustainability-related issues. It also helps identify any gaps and the areas affected by them.
When carried out beforehand, this step is very useful for defining the objectives of your sustainability strategy and developing an appropriate and effective action plan. The audit can be carried out internally or by a consultant. We recommend completing this step before developing a strategy.
In general, support for developing a strategy and monitoring (or implementing) its action plan takes place over several months. The implementation period depends in particular on the size of the company, its sector of activity, legal requirements and the internal resources available. We therefore estimate a minimum of 3 to 4 months for this stage.
